Environmental Concerns, Inc.
Established in 1992, we provide Phase I and II ESA, asbestos, lead-based paint, radon, microbial testing and consulting. We maintain licenses in Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio and Illinois.

Asbestos Testing
If you suspect you have asbestos in your home or another building, have it tested or inspected by one of our state licensed asbestos inspectors.

Lead-Based Paint Testing
We have a special team of lead consultants who can help clients address lead-based paint concerns quickly, cost-effectively, and with minimal disruption to building occupants.

Radon Testing
Our trained staff can conduct radon surveys according to the EPA radon-testing protocol, utilizing short-term “activated charcoal” testing kits. We then issue letter reports explaining the testing findings.

Microbial Testing & Consulting
Complete microbiological testing laboratory for determining the presence of infectious disease organisms, biological pathogens and toxins.

Air Testing
The depth of our Project Team’s experience allows us to develop cost-effective solutions to complex problems while maximizing efficiency, which is of particular importance in meeting fast-track construction schedules.

Environmental Testing
ESA, or Phase I ESA, is completed to research the current and historical uses of a property as part of a commercial real estate transaction. The intent of the report is to assess if current or historical property uses have impacted the soil or groundwater.
